RESCUE REQUESTED TO "THE PARK"

Fri, Jun 11th, 2010 12:19:00 pm - This morning around 06:30 Rescue 49 was requested to assist at the scene of an Apartment Building Fire in Lower Paxton Twp., in Co. 33's first due (Colonial Park).  The call was originally dispatched as a Structure Fire, and when Chief 33 (Swank) marked up on the air, County reported a Working Fire with reports of Entrapment and jumpers from the balconies. Rescue 49 (Chief Bradnick) went enroute w/ 5, and upon arriving on scene, sent manpower forward.  Once assembled in manpower staging, 49 personnel were sent interior to assist w/ overhaul & suppresion operations.
