No Caption 2 Trapped in Highspire

December 03

This morning, the Rescue Assignment was sent to the 55-1 Box Area for an MVA w/ Entrapment. Engine 50 (Steelton) arrived with dual entrapment. Rescue 91 (FF Dinelli) arrived and assisted E50 with one vehicle while Engine 55-1 (Highspire) and Rescue 59 (Lower Swatara) worked the second vehicle. Both patients were extricated within 10 minutes and the box was held to Engine 55-1.

Black Friday Pin

November 29

This afternoon, during the Black Friday rush in the Harrisburg Metro area, Box 91-3 was sent to Interstate 283 North prior to Lindle Road for a MVA w/ Entrapment. Rescue 91 (BC Bradnick) along with Chief 91-4 (Allen) arrived on scene confirming 1 Trapped. Rescue 91 removed the driver's side of the vehicle to remove 1 Trauma patient. While units were wrapping up the fire in Rutherford, Box 1-2 was sent too the 2200 Block of Briggs St in Harrisburg City for a reported house Fire. City units arrived with a 2.5 story middle of the row well involved and requested the 2nd Alarm, sending Rescue 91. Engine 91 was clearing the 1st fire and marked up with 4. Truck & Engine - 100 Lincoln Ave

This evening, Truck & Engine 91 were sent to the 100 block of Lincoln Ave for a possible Structure Fire. Chief 91-1 (Steele) was advised of a 3rd party call reporting smoke to be seen inside the dwelling from security cameras. Busy 24 Hours

November 01

During a 24 hour period, Station 91 handled a total of 13 responses from Halloween Day to the following day as strong storms moved through the area. The following incidents were handled with no failed responses and in house staffing.

This evening, Rescue 91 (BC Bradnick) & Truck 91 (FF Marzen) were requested to assist with the search of a missing elderly male in the 8200 Block of Paxton Street by Chief 91-3.
